Attitude of Gratitude

Gratitude is the quality of being grateful, thankful for anyone, anything you feel. We can express it by appreciating someone or something or showing kindness. It is one of the keys to happiness. Go on counting your blessings. Just move on, forget and forgive the past, including people whom you hurt or people who hurt you. Sometimes situations are beyond our control. What we do the first thing wrong is not a mistake, it is an experience. Ultimately we ought to grow in life with such wonderful experiences.

Keep on saying, writing "Thank you" as many times as you feel, whether it may be anyone in your ecosystem, your body, nature and so on. You need to neither explain nor complain. It is a powerful activity. Writing gratitude journal acts as a cleaning process and helps making an emotionally strong human being.
